One of the tricky parts of my field visits is trying to remember all the sifus' (masters) names. Every time I go to the tram depot I get a bit nervous, because they always remember mine — and call me warmly by my nickname, “zyu1 zyu1” (a nickname derived from my artist name, "Flyingpig" in cantonese).
